The acquisition of residential real estate, in particular for private individuals, is usually accompanied by important, patrimonial decisions.

Despite ever improving technology to search for the best-in-class properties, certain clients are unable to find what they’re looking for and ask M Projects to assist in the hunt.

At any given moment, we are continuously searching for investment and redevelopment properties, for investing clients as well as owner-occupiers.

This helps form a deep understanding of what properties are publicly marketed; are on the grey market (not publicly known but will entertain offers); and on occasion, what might be coming to market in the future.

M Projects’ search and acquisitions practice frequently dovetails with our private commissions when we find that diamond in the rough in the perfect location, but requiring improvement and modernisation to release its full potential.
