Private Commissions

M Projects undertakes private commissions to search for, acquire and improve a property on behalf of private individuals or family offices.

Certain clients have found or already own their ideal property but it needs significant work to release its full potential, often with extension and reconfiguration as well as renovation and restoration.

The aim is to create a unique property for an owner that has been designed bespoke to their needs and wishes.  This entails producing concept designs; securing planning permissions and necessary consents; securing a contract with a main contractor; managing construction to agreed budgets and timescales; and appointing specialist finishing teams, experts in their trade.

Private commissions allow the client to control the project and draw upon our expert advice as desired.
