Where the project took place:
Just moments from the bustling hub of Kensington High Street in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, we merged two beautiful, adjoining early English Art Deco houses into a breathtaking family home.

What was involved?
A comprehensive refurbishment of the property involved extensions into the loft and the ground floor, creating a home that’s both spacious and energy efficient. By achieving near Passive House standards, we demonstrated how historic properties can be transformed into eco-friendly havens without losing their period charm.

Where we come in… 
Private Commission; Development Advice on concept design, planning matters and scoping of works, development management including planning, architectural direction, interior design coordination, structural engineer direction, Party Wall Awards, contractor tender, project management and delivery. Proposals also included matching external works for a further two houses within the same row, to allow them to be part of the same design set.
